We do our utmost to ensure that you receive the best quality items that you want, so please be sure when making the purchase.

We must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods. We are unable to accept return items simply because it/they do not meet your expectations or a change of mind.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that items will meet everyone’s expectation and please everyone. We are all different with individual pleasurable needs. That’s why we are all special.

We will replace items that are found to be faulty on receipt. If this is the case please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!

Receipts are made in €’s and no account will be taken should there be a fluctuation with this currency to that of your country’s currency.

The product must be returned within 21 days of receipt – thank you! We expect the cost of the freight to rest with the purchaser so please contact our support team to avoid any possible freight costs beforehand.
